Religion in the terms of the system analysis

V.B. Zlokazov

The extensive cybernetical experience in the creation of artificial intelligence showed the total ungroundedness of hypotheses about "spontaneous life emergence in organic bouillons". I became clear: even the "computer viruses" can't emerge by themselves; having all formal life indications they, still, are far remote from the "truly living" biological viruses by informal ones.

And this informal difference between robot and living being will never be overcome by nano- and similar technologies, not because of restricted abilities or possibilities of authors of these robots, but due to the fact that informal aspects of fundamental attributes of genuine life - subjectivity (being aware of one's "Ego"), semantical gestalts (images), will motives and talents - always exceed the limits of the space of their formal models. On the basis of coming supertechnologies there will be created both useful and dreadful artefacts of the life imitation. But they, still, won't be a genuine life.

Thus, what is the genuine life? And by what does it differ from its physical and chemical imitation?

In a fairy-tale Father Carlo created a boy of a log; a "scientific" variant of this fairy-tale - a log itself turned to a boy. However, a serious question - what is not naive and primitive but a scientifically mature treatment of such concept as creationism.

A living organism can appear and develop only on the basis of a project. Any sort of a selection can enforce the progressing trends of a system evolution only being ordered and governed. A fortuitous intercourse of factors produces only a chaotization of the system.

And Life can not be a local phenomenon of the All - such one would "expire" rather quickly. It is logical to assume that in the Universe there exists an infinite hierarchy of metasubjects, whose goal and condition of existense is a mutual adaptation of itself and the outer world to each other. This is possible due to such fundamental essences as Hierarhy, Control and Information.

The hierarhy enables us to replace a however efficient subject by still a more efficient metasubject. The control enables us, using energetically small and algorithmically simple actions, make colossal energetic resources and algorithmical (technological) tools of the outer world work for us.

The phenomenon of information allows our psyche to deal with codes instead of primary patterns and form its strategies on the basis of functional connections of the codes without penetrating the infinite depth of the meanings of the corresponding patterns.

But such activites require subjects, i.e., sources of Will and Creative Imagination, not robots!

Religion can be defined as sort of spiritual and ritual activities whose most remarkable features are:

1. the intuitive comprehension of hierarchic and controled structure of the life system and a fundamental role of the creationist factors for its existence;

2. the vast axiology of the cult and sacralization of higher levels of this hierarchy.
